While many of you have picked at our orchard before, please read the following suggestions to help make this a safe experience for all...
IN OTHER WORDS, PLEASE READ THESE TIPS BEFORE YOU COME!!!
** Only apples with white signs are to be picked. Do not sample the others as they are not ready to be picked.
** Do not pick peaches that are not ripe. They ripen to sweetness on the tree. No other varieties are ready, other than those rows that are marked with the name of the variety. DO NOT PICK FROM UNMARKED ROWS!!!
**CASH OR CHECK ONLY!!! (We do accept WIC and Senior WIC)
***PLEASE BE AT THE ORCHARD 30 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME IN ORDER TO PICK!!!
A reminder that should we run out of fruit for picking, we will close our gate at 99W. We may also stay closed to allow for more fruit to ripen.
*NO SMOKING!!!
*NO DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED!!! Please leave them home!
*No children allowed on ladders- adults only!
*Please do not come to pick at the orchard if you use a cane, or crutches. Our grounds are uneven and it is dangerous to have you walking through the orchard.
*Absolutely no climbing on our trees.
*PLEASE DRIVE 5 MPH UP THE ROAD!
*Wear sturdy shoes- NO FLIP FLOPS, CROCS, SANDALS WITH OPEN TOES or HEELS.
*Please bring your own bags or boxes. We have some available, but it would be helpful if you bring your own to take your fruit home.
